The certification process involved a comprehensive audit of cutting, forming, and dimensional inspection operations, which are key stages in Unyparts’ production chain. For months, engineering and quality teams worked on documenting and standardizing processes that were already part of the company’s routine, but that can now be formally traced and audited.

For the technical team, the certification does not represent a change in culture, but rather the recognition of a culture that was already in place. “We have always operated with strict tolerances and controls. The certification formalizes what we already practice,” says the industrial management team.

With the certification, Unyparts expands its ability to serve customers that require qualified suppliers within more complex production chains, particularly in the agricultural, road transportation, and construction sectors.

The next step is to integrate the management system with new product development processes, accelerating the approval cycle with customers.
